Hango formed a Multimedia division in 1997, specializing in
digital products.
Hango approached MASCO with a portable MP3 player that they
wanted to market in the U.S. Unfortunately, this product was not unique and not
very competitive.
MASCO recommended a more innovative product combined and MP3
player with a voice-to-text recorder. Hango could do the much of the product
development but they needed expertise in voice-to-text technology. MASCO
developed a set of specifications and enlisted the support of one of its
engineering associates for the additional technology needed.

Hango will shortly release this innovative product, dubbed "XNOTES"
at the Consumer Electronics show in 2002.
