| The Situation: This client
is an importer of walkman radios, accessories, and Karaoke products.
Their distribution was primarily based in Los Angeles. Our charge
was to set up a national sales rep force in order to establish
distribution throughout the united States. M.A.S.CO hired the best
sales reps for each key marketing area. |

The Solution: These reps were able to set up some
accounts throughout the country. The problem remained that the clients products were a
commodity and not unique. M.A.S.CO developed a new concept in walkman radios: The WalkSafe
Series. These original products combined a walkman radio with a personal panic alarm.
The Results: Walksafe had been very
well received by the trade. This client is well on their way to establishing a market
niche and develop a solid base of accounts. |
